We made a loop around town and admired the pretty alleyways. \u00a0We\u2019re told that the town gets really busy in the summer but not so much right now. \u00a0The weather is mild and we are grateful for the light crowds.<\/p>\n

We walked to a section of the beach under the castle and took a selfie.<\/p>\n

Aphrodite the cat stops by for regular visits\u2026she seems to know when we\u2019re eating tuna and sardines for lunch.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve discovered that turtles live here too! \u00a0The\u00a0owner told us that at least six of these guys roam the property. \u00a0We spent a good chunk of the afternoon watching them. \u00a0They move around faster than you\u2019d expect.<\/p>\n

Shops open again later in the afternoon and we\u2019ll have dinner in town – we\u2019re staying on the outskirts of town but close enough to walk.<\/p>\n
