The weather has been surprisingly nice – warm days and not too chilly evenings. \u00a0So far, it\u2019s still warm \u00a0enough for outdoor dining. \u00a0This morning we made a quick stop in the tourist office for a city map and then headed for the walkway by the sea.<\/p>\n

There are many parks with lovely flowers like these Birds of Paradise.<\/p>\n

We headed inland to check out the Mercado Central<\/b>\u00a0with many stalls for produce, cheeses, and cured meats. \u00a0Since the fishermen don\u2019t go out on Sunday, the fish stalls are closed. \u00a0Still, there was plenty to see.<\/p>\n

We had forgotten how fresh and delicious the food in Spain is and Cadiz has many fresh and tasty possibilities, very inexpensively-priced. \u00a0These cozy restaurant\/bars are colorful with friendly waiters and a Menu del Dia.<\/span><\/p>\n
